Return & Replacement Process

Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 2 days.

Step 2: Allow up to 2 working days for review.

Step 3: Courier pickup will be arranged after approval.

Step 4: After warehouse verification, refund or replacement will be initiated.

Conditions for Return or Replacement

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired/defective product delivered
  • Physically damaged or tampered product
  • Incomplete order (missing items)

Returns/Replacements Will NOT Be Accepted If

  • Product is opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days

How Returns Are Processed

  • Pickup within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Quality inspection at warehouse
  • Refund or replacement after approval
  • Replacement delivered within 7–8 business days (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Refund credited within 3–5 working days to original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank details required for refund processing.

Refund Timeline

  • Cancelled Orders: 3–5 working days
  • Returned Orders: After successful quality verification

Partial Order Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
